Henan Dayi Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. is a modern potato processing enterprise integrating potato breeding, planting and deep processing. In 2022, the company was rated as a leading agricultural enterprise in Henan Province.
The company settled in Minquan County, Shangqiu City in 2019, covering an area of 148 mu. It plans to invest 560 million yuan to build a potato deep processing enterprise integrating the production, processing and sales of potato starch and potato flour. After the project reaches production capacity and standards, it is planned to use 600,000 tons of potatoes annually, and process 60,000 tons of refined potato starch and 15,000 tons of potato flour.
